Ocean and Crow yoga studio is a cozy studio just east of Commercial Drive in Vancouver at 1707 Grant St run by mother-daughter team Jane and Julie!

We offer flow yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, and hatha type styles, but each class is unique and not like anything else you'll find in the city. Check out all our classes here: Classes and Rates . Our model is a little different from most studios in town. Our students sign up for weekly classes they want to commit to for a session of around 6-8 weeks at a time. So rather than having a drop in pass you never use, you’re encouraged to actually come weekly to the same class every time, get to know the teacher, let the teacher get to know you, and progress in your practice. It’s actually a more traditional model for yoga, so we’re going old school! And don’t worry if you have to miss a class–you can make up two missed classes in a session, plus you get a Bonus Class you can use to try something else or bring a friend.  Drop ins are fine, too!

Oh, and we won Silver in the Westender’s 2015 Best Yoga Studio in Vancouver! Because we’re great!

etiquette+good to know

All you need to bring are comfortable clothes. If you like, bring a water bottle too and maybe a towel. 

We share a small space, so do your best to be showered and not use too strong perfumes as some people may be allergic. 

We have mats to borrow (included in your registration) but if you want to bring yours, that's fine!
